Resolved - Citrix heeft het onderliggende probleem niet op kunnen lossen. Wij hebben voor de klanten die hier last van hebben gehad een nieuwe Citrix omgeving opgezet. Mocht u nog vragen hebben dan kunt u contact opnemen via 0544-72 41 90 of op support@steentjesict.nl.

Identified - De leverancier (Citrix) heeft inmiddels aangegeven dat het probleem door henzelf is veroorzaakt in het achterliggende systeem. Op dit moment zijn zij bezig met het onderzoeken en herstellen van de verstoring.
Zodra er meer informatie beschikbaar is of zodra het probleem is opgelost, zullen wij u hierover informeren.

Investigating - Op dit moment ondervinden meerdere klanten een verstoring in de dienstverlening van Citrix Cloud. Bij het opnieuw aanmelden kan het voorkomen dat de Cloud Werkplek niet wordt geladen en dat er een foutmelding in beeld verschijnt.

Wij hebben deze verstoring gemeld bij de leverancier. Op dit moment is de oorzaak nog niet vastgesteld. Zodra er meer informatie beschikbaar is, zullen wij u hierover informeren.
